Delivery Timeframe
- Domestic shipping: Ships within one week after order confirmation, but may be delayed due to busy seasons or weather conditions.
- International shipping: Ships within one week after order confirmation via EMS (Express Mail Service). However, delays may occur due to customs processing or weather conditions.
Shipping Information
- Domestic Shipping: Ships from a Tokyo logistics center via Yamato Transport.
- Customers can select a preferred delivery date (available starting three days after the order date).
- Yamato Transport holds packages for up to seven days. After that, the package is returned to our company, and customers may be responsible for reshipping fees.
- International Shipping: Uses EMS (Express Mail Service).
- Delivery date selection is not available.
- Customs duties and other additional fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery status can be checked via the Japan Post website.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- Returns and refunds are accepted within 20 days of product arrival, provided that the item is unused, unworn, complete with all accessories, and the tags have not been removed.
- Non-returnable items: Swimwear, underwear, and items explicitly labeled as “non-returnable.”
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are processed within seven business days after receipt of returned items.
- Order cancellations cannot be accepted after confirmation.

Defective Products
Please contact us immediately upon receiving defective products.
If the item has a manufacturing defect, it may be eligible for an exchange or refund.
